Acceptance
By accessing pventra.com or engaging Pventra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for services, you agree to these terms and any statement of work (SOW), proposal or contract signed for a specific project.
Services
We provide software development, AI solutions, web and mobile applications, enterprise platforms, cloud, blockchain and related digital services. Scope, timelines, fees and deliverables are defined in a mutually agreed SOW or proposal.
Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content aggressively, or use our brand assets without written permission. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pventra retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries and tools. Client-owned deliverables created under an SOW transfer as specified in that agreement after full payment.
Payments
Invoices are payable as per the SOW. Late payments may pause delivery. Taxes apply as per Indian law unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pventra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the preceding three months, except in cases of wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless an SOW states otherwise.
